RadarOnline reportedly reveals Mariah Carey drops off legal petition against ex-husband, Nick Cannon over ward-ship of Monroe and Morocaan, the 11 years old twins they share together.
In January Mariah Carey did shun the prime joint custody arrangement after realizing Cannon desires more children which was allegedly part of the reasons that led to her failed marriage with the comedian in 2014 .
In the past, a source spoke out against Carey’s petition and claimed:
“The reality of the situation is that Monroe and Moroccan are usually with Mariah anyway.”
The singer apparently identify the inability of Nick to spent time with his kids as one of the major crises experienced during the time of their marriage.
The source added: “But she wants to put him on notice that he can’t just fly in and out of their lives while he attends to his other children. And she wants legal standing as the twins’ primary caregiver.”
The superstars started dating in 20008 and got married in the Bahamas; the same year they romantically clicked together.
